About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Internet Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional who knows how to turn online leads into appointments, sales, and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet, website, email, chat, and phone leads.
• Follow up with prospects consistently throughout the sales process.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Schedule appointments and maximize showroom/virtual appointments.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment goals.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide professional product information and assist customers through the purchasing process.

Qualifications

• 2 year of internet, inside, or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent phone, email, texting, and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM and internet lead-management systems.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
